Made an 11:30 appointment for a 90 minute massage today. I arrive at 11:20 and the door is locked; the sign on the door says “Open 7 Days 10 AM - 9:30 PM. I call the number and the man that answers says “come back at 2pm”. I said “what about the appointment that I made?”. He says “I know I know, I’m sorry”. If he was truly sorry, he would have called me (that’s how they make appointments - just phone number, no name) and asked to reschedule. Very inconsiderate. The women who did my massage was very rude when she gave me two different prices and I gave a tip I guess she wanted more so she repeated the amount 2x and when I said thank you have a nice day she said yeah sure this is not the first time one time a women tried to charge a tip more than what I offered that’s rude and she is rough the service is bad
