My experience with energy solution was frustrating and expensive. After diagnosing a problem with my heater, the technician insisted I needed to replace the entire. After getting a second opinion from another company, I was informed that the actual issue was a minor fault and was easily resolved for a fraction of the cost. The initial diagnosis was clearly incorrect and would have led to an unnecessary and costly repair. This lack of integrity and expertise is unacceptable.

Avoid at all cost. Multiple attempts to charge extra cost without any justification. not responding to multiple messages.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars unfortunately. The winter after John Musser sold me on a high-end dual-fuel system, I had to purchase the same amount of propane and my electric bill didn’t change. John came back after a year and said that it was “somehow” set to a tolerance of 40 degrees after which the propane would kick in. He played it off as it was a computer thing and reset it. John is the best! He is so responsive. He works really hard to figure out what is wrong and makes sure to get the best deals and not overcharge.

Carrier brand heat exchanger was replaced. I was told by John Musser that the cost for the replacement ($1,700) is covered by the manufacturer but the reimbursement should be processed through his business. He promised the reimbursement within 30~60 days. It's been 3 months. He does not respond to multiple messages. Currently in the middle of legal action. Watch out customers!
