Overpriced, unresponsive, misleading. Called up to have a newly installed Hot Water Cylinder wired to switch board, was told on the phone it would be a quick job that should be completed that afternoon, asked about costs and was advised couldn't say on the phone. Electrician attended for about 15 minutes, I told him what I needed as mentioned on the phone, he looked and said he doesn't have the parts (20m wire and new safety switch), would need to do a quote and return with the parts.
