Very professional company. Dealt with Jay in relation to the installation of a solar battery. I highly recommend them.
Jay was great to deal with. Communication was delt with quickly and my experience with Energy Partners was definitely 5 star.
I had solar installed earlier this year and discovered a week later that the solar workers had lifted tiles and not replaced during a heavy downpour. I have continually chased and followed up the company to repair the damage, only to be met with a very lacklustre response with no sign of urgency. The last I heard from anyone was over a month ago yet during the invoicing process their communication is superb making sure they follow up frequently.
