Energy One is very easy to work with. The staff are always nice and helpful. I called today for a quick assist and Rhonda new just what i needed and expediently helped me. I love doing business with EO!
Got approved for 5.99 and told them in that process I was looking for a 3/4 ton truck. When I gave him my vin a week later the interest jumped to .5% and he said because it was a 3/4 ton truck. I don’t think these guys have a clue on what to do for loans and how to communicate. I am really aggravated because I now have a had inquiry for no reason. Won’t do business with them and will tell guys I work with the same. Get better
