Update 10/7/24. Received statement showing my account was not closed out in August as I was told by your Rep. Now being told no it wasnt done. Not sure who you spoke with...a financial institution with no call records!! We'll send a form to sign then we can close it...would have be GREAT to know when i called in August!! Customer service definitely needs improvement. You all will not be an option when I purchase a new vehicle!

Nobody asked for it but this horrible financial institution has decided to ruin a perfectly good park in tulsa so they can have another brick and mortar store when there are hundreds of empty ones to choose from. Shame on you
This credit union is so unorganized! Takes about 5 different people to get a instant issue card, took about an 1hour for my cousin to get it and it was someone else’s card, so unprofessional, the tellers didn’t even know what she was talking about in regards to her lost debt card and needed a new one. Do better
