I have to say that not being from here, I was quite aghast at pricing. Furthermore I called to ask a q after spending a lot on annual maintenance and they told me likely could not be fixed. I then said ok no worries and they sent someone else out anyway and then charged me money for it (after explicitly saying not to send someone if they couldn't do anything,) I was beyond frustrated. Then when I had an actual problem of course after hours and this kind gentleman helped me out for an hour over the phone to troubleshoot so ... read more
