Henry dropped the ball. Not responding. Asked for my serial numbers and ghosted me.
Henry dropped the ball. Not responding. Asked for my serial numbers and ghosted me.
Henry picked up my generator since the end of March in what was supposed to be a convenient warranty based repair and has stopped responding. It’s been a total of 7 months and Henry has neither returned my generator, arranged for me to pick up or provided any update on status of repair. He has completely stopped responding. I will personally not advise anyone here to allow Henry or the company any access to their property. Would have provided a lower rating if it were possible. Please do not use this service.
Henry, was my point of contact. I've been waiting for three weeks for him to pick up my Duromax generator for warranty work. Finally got an appointment for 6 PM pick up and after three hours waiting his estimated ETA was 10. I finally got completely frustrated and called him and his response was tough, I have other customers and he will get here, when he gets here. Totally unprofessional and very rude. Henry was friendly and helpful. He did a great job with my generator, finding the solution to my problem. He was timely in assessing the problem with my generator and his pickup and delivery of same. We wholeheartedly recommend his services and will definitely contact him if we have need of any future service.
