Today I had my very first massage and float at Energy Massage and Float Spa, and it was an incredible experience. They are so welcoming, and helpful! I had a relaxing massage and then a float and I wasn’t rushed. I even sat in the chill room to decompress and get back to my day. I think everyone needs to go and float it will change your life! I just had a massage at Energy and it was amazing! The entire feel of the place when you walk in is relaxing and welcoming (the staff is as well). I had a 90 minute massage with Jesse and she knew exactly what she was doing. She worked my problem areas and gave great recommendations for my body. I highly recommend coming here!

Had a massage and facial yesterday, Brynn and Jessie completely knocked it out of the park!! I did a 45 minute facial with Brynn first and it was super relaxing, she’s super friendly and knows her stuff! My face hasn’t felt this amazing in forever! She recommended some amazing products to me that fit my skins needs. Then I had a 30 minute massage with Jessie and again super friendly and knows exactly what she’s doing!
