Purchased an Exodraft chimney fan for our retail firewood outlet. I explained concerns to Charlie in regards to the heat in the flue burning the chip from the Redbox chip that comes off the splitting process, but Charlie assured that if we had a problem, they’d refund the total cost. EMS was sent all pictures and dimensions of the fireplace and approved the design and sold us the unit. Upon arrival, the adaptor was incorrect, blame laid on the guys in the packaging/warehouse.
