Not a reputable company!!!! When they installed my new air condition, the idiot they sent to fix it after only 2days, stole over $20,000 worth of jewelry from me. The police were able to recover a lot of the jewelry from a pawn shop in Gastonia. However, the most expensive rings were not found. My attorney tried contacting them and they never answered his "certified" letters. Took them to court and they never showed up. The judge ruled in my favor. Still trying to collect. I was a vendor for Energy Management. I have been unable to collect money owed to us after repeatedly calling Steve. He took the product he needed for a job., then ignored repeated request to pay our invoice.

This company is one of the worst I have had to do business with. I'll explain the reason for the rating in detail: First, Steven Absher, was cordial and was willing to work with my on replacing my old unit. He made a good first impression and we even found out that our children go to the same Christian school. I got three quotes and decided to go with this company. Big mistake. Since May 8 till now 7/30/15 they still haven't completely finish. I need him to add a few more vents in the house and now he wont return my call or message. They never gave me a date or time when they was coming to work on the unit only said "sometime this week" weeks after weeks. worse experience ever, i do not recommend them for anyone.
