I had a really poor encounter with a staff member. This lady seem to be very entitled, and overall just not a great person. You never know what somebody might be going through. Everybody has bad days, and this very entitled lady happened to make my day significantly worse. Especially in the place of your business, your staff members should really watch how they treat people.
