I've been trying to get a quote from them since before Thanksgiving. I waited a couple of weeks given the holiday then emailed looking for a call. I finally heard from someone just before Christmas. the sales rep stated that they were dealing with high time off and tight schedules due to the holidays. Two great techs arrived on time! They were quick and professional. While not 100% sure this radiant barrier would make a huge difference, it actually has. Seems like our a/c is spreading more evenly throughout the house. We don't have to keep playing with our thermostat. Energy Improvements offered a product that works and their team did a great job.
Competitive pricing and local business with local people. Great work -- couldn't have been easier to work with.
The worst!!! After having them come back for the third time to actually do what they were suppose to do; they drilled a hole into our ac duct and filled it with insulation. We can not use our central air in our brand new home because insulation is coming out of the ceiling vents. I have two small children and insulation particles everywhere. I cannot talk to the quality of their work. I can state, as a fact, that their response to customer inquiry is atrocious!!! I personally went to their office twice last fall and was told that someone would get back to me!! Well if I had held my breath I would be mummified.
If you are looking for quality work, avoid this company! Very poor workmanship and extremely unprofessional workers. Been waiting to hear back to resolve our issues.... still waiting! If given the option, I would give zero stars!
This company was contracted two years ago to insulate a room above a garage. Since then there's been nothing but problems. For the last two winters, there's been considerable ice dams on the roof with water leaking through the outside trim, and running down the interior wall. This is all due to a very poor insulation job. They were called back to fix the problem, and guess what, nothing has changed, there's still ice dams and icicles that form under the trim.
