We have a couple thousand dollar unit from this place which we relocated during a remodel. All I needed was a new flue installed. They know exactly which model it is and I sent pictures of where it needs to be installed. They tell me that they will come out and give me a free estimate. Then when I get to setting up an appointment they tell me it will cost me, an existing customer $200 to get an estimate. What happened to free as promised?
