Love Energy Fitness Studio! I have been attending Energy for a little over a year now. I love every class I take. I love the monthly challenges, the friends I have made, and what I have learned from Trenton and Kate. This studio has so much to offer. Definitely check out a class.
I’ve been going to Energy for about a month and a half now and I absolutely love it to say the least! Every single class is unique, challenging and fun! Every single instructor is awesome as well! Could not recommend Energy more to someone looking to begin or continue their fitness journey 🧘♀️🫶☀️
Energy Fitness Studio is an amazing gym! Small business owned by great people who want to see you succeed. They offer so many classes, from yoga to barre to kettlebell, they really have it all. I love that they offer both early morning, mid morning, lunch and evening classes to accommodate any schedule. Try out a class!
I have never been the type of person who enjoys working out until finding this studio. It’s such a positive environment! I can’t say enough good things about the motivating instructors, variety in classes, and kind group of people I’ve met. I’m very thankful a friend recommended this place!
