Energy is a great gym and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The gym is a comfortable non judgmental environment. The trainers there are knowledgeable and motivating which makes it easier to stay committed and achieve my goals. They also offer a variety of classes will great instructors.
Let me begin by saying… I am not a gym rat. I joined Energy about a year ago and it has been life changing. After a back and hip injury really set me back, joining the Energy Team, and I mean team, I am feeling more fit, flexible and in a lot less pain than I have in years. Energy provides a very supportive, friendly and encouraging environment. So glad to be part of this Team
