I signed a contract with Energy Efficient Windows and Doors on August 11, 2023, to reside my house and wrap my windows. Their salesman at the time, Lance, told me that the work would be done in 5-6 weeks . I never heard from anyone, so I reached out in the middle of October to see what was going on and was told someone would be contacting me to get it scheduled.
