Had a sliding glass door replaced. Zach and another gentleman showed up right on time and did phenomenal work. Everything was finished that day and looked great. They were careful and asked questions to make sure we were happy with what they were doing at the time of installation. Was very happy with them covering things with plastic to not get anything dirty and cleaned up their mess afterwards. Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer!
We solicited quotes from three other companies, before choosing Energy Efficient Replacements. This company could deliver exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. At our first meeting our salesman, Sammie, walked us through the whole process. Zach and Taylor did an excellent job installing our new sliding door while taking time to explain the steps used to insure proper installation, leaving the site super clean. This team is great to work with.
Sammy, Zach, and the installation team were knowledgeable, efficient, and conscientious. The evening cleanup was greatly appreciated and they were able to work around our pets and work at home schedules with ease. The windows fit perfectly, and are a great improvement over the originals.
Wonderful experience! Randall was honest and professional. Zach was fantastic with the windows. Showed up on time and did excellent work at my place of business. So good, I even contracted them to do soffit and fascia work at my residence. Pricing was competitive and fair for the superior work they do. Highly recommend!
Zach and Jim were the best installers. Always asking what you want before just doing it. They were both polite, and very clean. Came on time and did a great job. Sammy the sales man was great also.
