Dealing with Energy Doctor for our new sunroom has been nothing short of a nightmare. We have been lied to many times. It started the night we ordered the sunroom when the man that came over explained how it would be installed, saying they would cut holes throughout areas at the top of our deck to install support beams throughout. You can only imagine our horror when we came home to find a third of our deck and the stairs ripped out and vanished. I recently had windows installed, working with Energy Doctor was a pleasant experience, Rockie was extremely helpful guiding us through the process. The installers were very friendly and courteous taking care of our home as work went on explaining what they were doing. I would highly recommend Energy Doctor for your windows and doors. 👍
