John Sachinni was very thorough during our home inspection. He went step-by-step with us and answered every question we could’ve possibly thought of—-very knowledgeable. His service was prompt and exceptional. I recommend him.
Absolutely fantastic inspector. He answered every question I had and really worked hard to explain to me what was wrong and why about a few things around the house. He even talked to me about how to fix a few things he found wrong with the house. Very friendly man who works very hard! Hurry up because he is retiring soon!!!!
Wouldn't take my money anywhere else! Very knowledgeable and professional. Taught us many things about our new home we will be moving into at the end of the month. Great investment!
Agree with the rest John was very knowledgeable..and wasn't in a rush was super thorough..very detailed in response to questions and items he pointed out..also offered alot of ideas and tips for what to do with all the repairs that were seen throughout the inspection..Overall wonderful service would recommend it to anyone needing a home inspection..Also was pretty fast for appointment setup and arrived right on time.
