I totally agree with Ted Moore! I have tried to talk to a person since July 2019. I have one panel that is not working as efficiently as the rest. I have contacted the finance company. Maybe that will help! BEWARE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ok just like the other reviews l have also been unable to get ahold of anyone at ECS. I had 2 inverters quit only after 4yrs. My suggestion to others who have had similar issues is to contact ENPHASE. They will actually help you! They checked my system remotely and determined that my inverters had failed, thankfully they are a REAL company and backed their product. ENPHASE sent me out 2 new inverters at no charge. Once you purchase you can't get in touch with them. I have had my array not working for three months now and I have emailed them several times as well as called and left messages every day for two weeks and still nobody has returned either. I plan on driving all the way to Mooresville to talk to someone and it ain't going to be pretty! $50,000 later and no phone call.
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK from this company. Once their stuff is installed and paid for, you'll never be able to get in touch with them again. FORGET the warranty. I have been trying to contact them for 3 months about a solar cell that stopped working after only a year and a half. I went to their "place of business" twice - they are no longer at #105 OR #109. I left word with their landlord and never heard anything back.
They're impossible to get a hold of, they don't keep their word on work or warranties and refuse to assist you once you've paid the fees and charges. We've been trying to get in contact with them for over two months and can't get in contact with them regarding their faulty and non working products that have a 20 year warranty and support. Ridiculous.
