Between Ketarah’s outstanding communication and excellent customer service skills, Dewey being great and walking me through everything, and Justin and the install team being amazing. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE ENERGY CONCEPTS FRESNO. Had solar panels installed on my roof based on their service guarantee. Any damage to the roof would be repaired and a 25yr leak guarantee. Well, we are in the process of selling our home and a roof inspector informed us of multiple broken tiles and exposed areas of the roof where the broken pieces had fallen away.
