I've been a member of the Co-op for more than a decade and have been satisfied with prices, various home services, and customer service throughout that time. The technicians have always been competent, efficient with their work, and they clean up their work area well. I'd especially like to thank technician Peter!
Energy Co-op did a great job insulating my attic last year as part of their weatherization program. I'm definitely using less fuel, even in this very cold winter.
Our oil fill cap is around back of the house, so I make an effort to keep the snow to it cleared. Even so, the delivery truck needs to uncoil almost fully to reach it. I never have had to worry about our tank running out, the Co-op always seems to know when our (analog instrumented) tank is at 3/8 regardless of the weather
A no-heat emergency in a 200+ year old house, i.e. no fancy insulation fits in those board and plaster walls. Richie and Pete got the problem resolved within hours, temporarily, and Pete returned the next day with a necessary part.
