We had one of zones fail overnight, naturally it was on a Sunday. Called in to have a tech come out and within a short time Shawn C. was here. 30 minutes later it was all taken care of. Shawn was extremely nice, very professional, and even taught me something. We have never had a bad experience with the Energy Co-op and have been with them for many years.

After going a few days without hot water and paying a plumber and an electrician to diagnose the problem (and fail) I called ECVT and Pete came over and diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. I have total confidence in Pete to maintain my systems

Beware, I just became a customer of theirs. They offered a free inspection as a new customer. I figured what's the big deal being I just brought my oil tank up to compliance three years ago. They failed it for a slightly bent leg on it. This same leg was slightly bent when installed three years ago. After I straightened it out. I called them to get the red tag off. They lead me to believe that they are not going to until I replace the tank. This is not right. Please do not sign up with them.
