I came home early Friday afternoon to a frigid home and it took me a minute to realize my furnace wasn’t working. It was a single digit temperature day! I woke up at 5am Christmas morning to no heat in my home. I called the emergency line and Carole answered the phone on 1 ring. She was very pleasant. The service technician called me back within 5 minutes and was extremely pleasant for having been woken up at that hour on Christmas morning. I believe his name is Jacob. He arrived at my house within the hour. He was very pleasant , courteous and professional, he explained everything and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. We recently had heat pumps installed and have to say that we are extremely pleased with all aspects of the experience. Richie was very prompt at returning our emails and was very helpful with presenting a solution for our needs. The installation by Bobbie and Tucker was flawless- very professional and was completed in a timely manner. They catered to our wants and needs and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the heat pumps. We would strongly recommend the Energy Co-op to anyone.
