Tried to get an account setup with this company at the end of December but they did not return any of my voicemails or respond to the online form I filled out. We moved into a new house and were out of heating oil the first weekend we were there, so had to get an account setup elsewhere. Top-shelf folks. The best.
Don’t even bother with these guys. They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls (3 messages left over 12 days) and when you do finally get a human to answer, they are so rude it’s shocking. I received horrible service from 2 females. When expressing my disappointment with the lack of response, and saying that I now need oil in a matter of a few days, they said they won’t do that.
