Excellent experience overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff explained the process. Install was swift and went with only a minor hitch. There was some damage to our bathroom exhaust fan and light during the install that was patched by the installer. System was up and running the same say. Edit: upon inspection of the damaged exhaust fan we found that the damage was more extensive and required replacement of the exhaust fan with a new unit. Cold call out of the blue. Said they got my name from "home owners' register". Complete nonsense. I know where my number is linked to in Adelaide. I can't trust a company that purchases dodgy contact lists for cold calling.
