We had (2) windows on order with them. Never heard anything from them. Finally got a call from Mike. Said he had been in the hospital for the last month. Said he would take care of it. Well, he died in 2019 (from cancer (someone said he commited suicide - HE DID NOT)). His widow has taken it upon herself to make it right with all of the customers that were left hanging. I eventually got my money back. It took a while but she made good on her promise.
After 7 months and many phone calls to the owner and salesman we finally got our windows installed. The windows are beautiful. Unfortunately, the owner (Mike Sweeney) committed suicide on November 13, 2019. Mike McKnight from Channel 6 wrote a lengthy article about Energy Armor. Thousands of dollars are missing and 120 window orders were never placed. Very sad situation.
Impressive! Highly recommended. Despite the review we had a great experience and couldn't ask for better service.
Too many bad things with this Company. Our ordeal was a nightmare. Promised a product that 8 months later and two installations later, they said couldn't be made. Every promise they made to us, went unfulfilled. Short list_ never showed up for 1st install date...when they did... wrong Windows and sliding door didn't work. Reinstalled Windows months later, but screens did NOT come as ordered (expectations outlined and confirmed by owner numerous times).
