I do not reccomend living in this rental. I definitely believe the other reviews here after my experience. It is not worth what the landlord tries to squeeze out of you. Last tenants didnt even live here long because of the greed that was pushed onto them. My problems were that the place has no heating (which he only gave us $100 off rent lol I should've told code enforcement right then and there) and no AC throughout the place. Dont hire this company. They're not trustworthy and they have a problem with wage theft.
Does not pay there workers
Shady and unprofessional, would not recommend.
