In May of 2024 with our insurance money and money out of pocket, we had our siding replaced. It's been two years and we continue to fight with the siding folks regarding on going issues (improper installation of siding materials, Gaps, warping, or misalignment of panels, failure to properly seal or weatherproof exterior surfaces, etc...) and multiple opportunities to cure, the company has failed to properly remediate the defective siding installation. I had a horrible experience today. The crew arrived 30 minutes before the earliest expected arrival…at 6:30 am. I can respect hard workers! However, they entered my backyard (which has a big Beware of dog sign) and blocked both my front and back doors, and never even rang my doorbell. I’m glad my dogs did not get hurt…I have a dog door, and material and nails were raining off my roof before I could even get the dog door blocked.
