Energy One installed my heating system over 20 years ago. They put in a Canadian manufactured furnace that no one else will service. I just replaced my system with a new one and had 4 estimates. Out of the 4 contractors, 3 commented on what a butcher job my system looked like, as far as vent work and lack of return air ducts. Nice people, but Im sorry I can not give them a good review.

Energy-1 is Great!!!! This is the first year without my husband and my air conditioner died on a friday night The owner was wonderful...he came out( friday night) and gave me serveral options. I tried to reach other air conditioning companies but got answering machines. I have COPD and AC is needed. Saturday morning his team put in a new unit. Hired them to repair rusted ductwork in crawlspace. They had the best price. Now I know why. He "the owner" did a terrible job and just patched the rust holes and left many ducts not even hooked up. The patches were not even done well, you could reach your hand through them. Heat was leaking everywhere. They left a bunch of rusted out ductwork. They were paid to REPLACE the dammaged ducts and re-attach unhooked ones. I am disabled and could not go in crawlspace to check his "the owners" work. A plumber informed me of the poo... read more
