Love training at Energetics! Great atmosphere, clean, great change rooms! Love the 1 on 1 and how knowledgeable they are. They make sure your posture is right while lifting and can modify when working with an injury all the while making you laugh when you want to give up !
Great place to work out great people and they have showers
Marc is highly knowledgeable and has helped me train safely through my injuries. I have learned a new way of training and have felt challenged with each and every workout. I’d would recommend him to anyone looking to improve imbalances in their physique, improve strength and build muscle!
