This place is the best and very rare to find All Real organic foods! Dr. Menzel does an amazing job in providing the best services in many areas! The food is on point!
If truly caring for your mind, body, and soul (overall health) are important to you then this place is for you. Great atmosphere, great nutrients, and great people.
I think people will benefit from learning how to be healthy its a lifestyle not a diet that you can't stay on. My mom has learned a lot from Dr. Menzel and she has taught me a lot, I try to stick to eating right; but sometimes my budget won't let me stay on track, I'll get back real soon.
I have been blessed to find Dr Menzell and to have her helping me to improve my health. After my accident, I was told by medical doctors (MD's) that I would always need to take different drugs. Thanks to Dr Menzell I have found I do not need and have not taken the pharmaceutical drugs the MD's said I wold need! The best part is I feel better and now have a plan to follow to keep me healthy and keep restoring my body's ability to heal itself.
