I feel very disappointed by this woman and program. Be very careful, if you do choose to do it, to not let yourself be pushed into going along with something that does not feel right. The peer pressure and subtle bullying can be quite powerful and really damaging. You are pressured into getting in touch with deep pain and trauma, but without any real direction in the process, other than just "letting it out". Shelly is the most profound healer I have yet to come across. I have been seeing her for 5 years now and she has assisted me to work through some major blockages and trauma. I am also a Counsellor myself and I refer anyone I feel that is outside my depth to her. She is compassionate and caring and I have full faith in her ability to clear energetic patterns and unconscious trauma.
