Huge thanks to Billy and Cam for a seamless experience replacing our water heater tank! They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept water disruption to an absolute minimum. Before leaving, they took the time to explain the new tank's features and operation clearly. Extremely professional, clean, and polite throughout the entire process.
Mathew came within the window, removed his boots to come in our home, completed the yearly inspection of our furnace and presented the results and any recommendations as appropriate. He was courteous and pleasant.
Oliver provided a thorough cleaning and was very personable.
I have the Plumbing Protection Plan, came home to find an issue, contacted enercare, they had a technician to me within an hour. Chris C was fantastic, fast, kind, informative and professional.
John Matthews arrived as promised. Went right to work, checked the furnace thoroughly, changed my filter and was on his way. The kind of experience one expects from Enercare.
