On October 28th Enercare Service technician, Sheila T. came to our home to clean and service the boiler, the water heater, and 2 gas fireplaces. Sheila was very pleasant, did a thorough job and completed all of the work on one visit. We can now be assured that CO levels will be at safe levels in our home. Kudos to Sheila T. 👏
I had an issue with my thermostat not working and a no heat situation. I booked an appointment for service between 11am and 3pm.My Enercare Representative Cole expressed concern about my situation and went right to work diagnosing the problem. I think that $45-$50 dollars for a water tank rental is a little over priced for not doing anything with it. I did not have a choice who I rented with as I am a renter myself but have to pay for this bill. In 7 years I have dished out almost $4000. On a very low income I am disappointed
