They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the work was done properly, and left the area clean when finished. Just had Mohammad and Yamin come exchange our hot water tank, they were very professional, kept everything neat and clean and explained everything to us on what they are doing and how everything worked with the new tank. They get a 5 star rating from us, if management is reading this and wondering why we didn't give a 5 star it is due to the corporate side of things not the techs.
