I’m writing this review to thank Terry from Enercare for his hard work and dedication in helping customers. Recently we had a 60 gallon water heater installed by Enercare that shortly thereafter stopped working. We went back and forth over several days with the technicians and the original install team without any luck. It was Friday and we were left with the prospect of not having hot water over the weekend. Fazel was doing so well and solved the problem right away. And he is very nice too.
I'm not sure what's going on at Enercare now but my daughter has had take 3 days off work waiting for their duct cleaning technician to arrive. Now their customer service escalation department won't even contact her to say what's happened to the tech and why they haven't shown up. This is by far the worst service response I have ever seen.
He was very detailed and patient with all the questions. Gave some valuable recommendations and insights.
Akbar was a fantastic representative of the company. Thorough and efficient. Enjoyed having him do the work for us. Would love to see him back next year
