Dan made a service call yesterday to follow up on some problems with our awning. (Nothing we couldn’t have anticipated after a hurricane and taking down the awning while the house was reconstructed.) He addressed every issue which had been identified last fall and resolved each of them. Barbara and I wanted to tell you how conscientious Dan and his helper Shawn were during their visit. As new homeowners, Ener-G-Tech has been our go to for home improvement needs! The showroom at Ener-G-Tech gives off a very homey feeling and is so well thought out that I had no problem imagining the front door I purchased in my own home. The customer service was impeccable and the installation of the door was well done and precise. We went back a few months later for a sliding door and awning for our deck!
$25,000 for a sunroom that leaks through the skylights and at the corners where it attaches to the house, and through the floor at bottom of doors. Mostly in the winter, but unacceptable anyway. We'd like to tear it down, but that seems extreme. We'll be doing a lot of caulking come spring. Don't buy a sunroom from them.
