For me, it's a no-brainer. These guys have everything I need and the personal attention is priceless. For rental property, these guys simply understand my business and they make it VERY easy to do business with them. Skip the big box stores and work with the local guys who care about you. George, Ray, and the whole team there truly know the business and do a great job.
