The front desk were rude from the moment we walk in both ladies . Can’t even tell you their names,b/c they never said greet us! they so demanding and unhelpful!
I twisted my ankle badly on Saturday, after called many clinics, only here accept my visit request. Staff are so nice, doctor do listen to my discription carefully, and very helpful. I got X-ray immediately, the Radiologic Technologist was so nice to me, I don't have to leave my wheelchair to take X-ray, greatly reduce my unnecessary pain. Thank you very much.
Very disappointing experience. I went in with concerning stomach issues and wasn’t taken seriously by the Carla, the doctor on site that day. She absolutely blew me and my issues off. I was seen for less than ten minutes. I waited in the lobby longer than I was seen by her. Then, when I try to explain my symptoms, it was almost as if she didn’t believe me.
