These people are rude, intentionally so. Name calling, obnoxious messages, rude to others. I was interested in booking a trip but am absolutely appalled at how these people treat others. 0/10. If they are willing to talk to people like they did me, I can’t imagine how they talk to employees or how they treat their animals.
