My car was serviced in a timely manner even when I had no appointment. I was given a nice loaner to boot! Not the fault of Endurance, but the correct parts didn't arrive to fix it on the same day, but I was very happy to drive the loaner with the heated seats in the SUPER COLD temps until I got it back!
I don’t shop price for auto repair. I go to auto repair shops I trust to do good, honest work. So far, I am very pleased with the work done by Endurance and done at a competitive price.
I moved from Iowa to Minnesota and used a budget truck in negative 16 degree temps. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. I saved so much money using this truck compared to other companies. The furniture dolly was totally worth renting. I will definitely be coming back for my next move!
I rented a moving truck and although im having issues getting my deposit released, the lady helping me really dove head first into getting it escalated to the correct department so it can be resolved. She was on top of it and with lightning speed. Its still in process, but im impressed so far.
