The video taping helped me to see my running pattern more clearly and how it was creating some of the chronic problems that I have been experiencing. I also found the explanation of ways to correct the problems clear and the exercise regimen to be reasonable. Though I have only been doing the exercises for less than a month, I have noticed a difference.
EAPTSP is a great resource for anyone who is looking to improve in their fitness performance or successfully recover from an injury (while preventing future ones too)! Kari Budde is both professional and relatable. With her knowledge of endurance sports and attention to detail regarding personal techniques and habits, we came up with a treatment and fitness plan that is allowing me to train for a race that I thought I may never have the guts to participate in!
