Very disappointing. If they think you owe them money they will humiliate a kid and refuse to see them until they get their $45…but when they owe you money first it’s never ever mentioned until you bring it up….then you can talk to 3 different people and be promised 3 different times it will be taken care just to…you guessed it…not be taken care of. Hopefully if this ever happens again someone in the office will have the decency to apologize to the child you just humiliated.
Absolutely fabulous! We went down for an evaluation and made the decision to move forward with them. They made additional time for both me and my husband that day to start treatment! How cool is that?!?!
As a mother Endrizzi showed complete concern and gave my son all the time he needed to begin his new smile today. Thank you so much for showing him your kingness.
