After two other locations told me out right they wouldn't do the work cause it is a major hassle (yeah) Jack at Endress said no problem! I needed a repair to my 2013 F150 that was extremely labor intensive and would have been over $1,500 to fix even though the part was only an $80 part. Jack found a second option to fix my truck which cut the labor that the dealer wanted to 1/3 the cost. I couldn’t believe it! Also, the dealer wanted my truck for a minimum of 2 days. Trust is an important component when dealing with auto repair. I felt comfortable with Endress. I received comprehensive estimates in a very timely manner.
