I'm highly disappointed in the (non) professionalism of the staff at Dobak Dental. I had an appointment at the end of July, it was confirmed, then when I arrived for my appointment it was all shut down and locked up. Now the phone is disconnected so I can only assume Dobak is no longer practicing, but that's probably for the better too. This man was never on time, hours late (his receptionist wouldn't even schedule a.m. appointments), many last minute cancellations. Dr Dobak is a great dentist. Very kind and generous and always making sure I am okay when he is doing work on me. Hilda his assistant is also very very nice! Love them and never felt more comfortable going here!
Not only did the assistant and the dentist violate HIPPA laws by discussing other patients while working on me, but the assistant also messed up my appointments multiple times, excessively long wait times, she failed to call me when my permanent crown came in twice (the first time I waited a month before the temporary fell out AND she ordered the wrong color completely), and the dentist chipped a crown I had previously during my procedure to put on the new crown. Loved Dr Dobak. He did a great job with my dental needs for last 15 yrs. Will miss him terribly. Hope he has a speedy recovery.
