I had an endoscopy late October 22 and never received my results, mail or call. I called several times, no one answered the call, and no one ever returned the call either. probably more than dozen messages later, still no calls or messages.
The medical field is absolutely ridiculous. I’m waiting in my car two years after the beginning plandemic because the receptionist said I couldn’t stay inside without a face diaper. Come on people stop pushing your narrative on us.,I’ve had enough!
Lady at front desk has zero personality sounds like a robot reading off rules. We are still under Covid restrictions the driver will need to wait outside. This is totally unacceptable for 2-3 hour wait not only the patient but driver should be made comfortable. Yes I could have left but if an emergency I need to be here. Did not even ask make and model of vehicle in case of an emergency. I see elderly people outside waiting as well. Temperatures are going in the 90’s this week. This is unacceptable. Exceptional and compassionate care. I want to note one particularly amazing nurse by the name of Lisa S. She was so compassionate and kind during the worst news of our lives. I am thankful for this angel God put in our lives.
Very friendly, kind and wonderful staff from check-in to check-out. I was very nervous, but they made sure I felt comfortable.
