I had a fantastic experience at the Endoscopy Center of the North Shore. The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Bianchi was both personable and professional. The support staff was great as well. The mobile anesthesia doctor and nurse were also wonderful. I cannot say enough about the post-procedure nurse he was amazing. I highly recommend this center to anyone in need of their services.
From the front door, and waiting area, everything and everyone was great! Carefully and tastefully put together. Front desk attendant is efficient, helpful and pleasant . Doctor’s assistant was outgoing and efficient and the doctor is easy to communicate with! I highly recommend her!
I've been getting care from Dr. Mehta and the staff at Endoscopy Center of the North Shore for a long time. Everything from more or less routine stuff to more emergent care. They are great. Dr. Mehta is great at what he does; explains everything very well; and, is very kind and concerned. His staff (techs, nurses) are great, too. Same high skill level, kindness and care from them. And, the anesthesiology services he uses are great, though they aren't affiliated with the practice. Can't say enough about this practice.

I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Mehta however, my recent experience with the office and particularly their billing department was anything but positive. I had an outstanding bill that I was trying to pay and when I was finally able to talk to someone over the phone she explained to me that I will be charged a service fee of $5.17 for my bill of $137.
