Nice place. Friendly staff and everything but the reason for my 1 star is because even though you pay for whatever you're getting done here you can't get a real receipt. I paid for a procedure with my FSA and need to provide them with a receipt for the procedure. This seems to be the hardest thing in the world to get done. My FSA has now been suspended due to not providing the receipt and from now until the end of the year I'll be paying for things my FSA would've covered out of pocket.
