Dr Grunwald and the staff at ECC were supportive and listened to my concerns about my procedure and the need to come off of certain medications that I relied on while data was collected on the Bravo device. They offered reassurances and compromises that ensured successful data collection while not causing needless suffering. Thank you!!
So many negatives... Made 930 Monday appointment. Got confirmation email Sunday saying I'll get a call with my appointment time. Obviously that wasn't going to happen Sunday night. Called Monday at 8 and was told 915. Glad I asked .... Receptionists have miserable attitudes. If you hate your job find another... Intake tells me I need to remove jewelry. My first colonoscopy. This place runs like a top. Everyone is so professional and sincerely want to make you feel comfortable right down to warm blankets. I would highly recommend them. Try them you’ll be happy you did. Awesome
The Endoscopy Center invited me in for a “free” initial consultation. I told the office I didn’t see much point to it, and that I absolutely didn’t want to pay out of pocket for a visit. (I have Connecticare with a bid deductible.) The office assured me, repeatedly, it would be free to me. So foolishly I go for the consult. Then of course they turn around and charge me $175 for an unnecessary 15min visit. The worst part is that the Endoscopy Center doesn’t do their own billing.
