Staff was professional and helpful, with transportation lists and clean out options. I was anxious but the procedure went smoothly.

A not fun thing made easier by a great staff. My wife is transgender and we were amazed at the level of compassion and kindness shown by every single staff member we encountered from the moment we stepped into the facility. After being asked her preferred name, my wife was pleasantly surprised to be properly greeted by everyone from start to finish. Yee, RN was very informative, pleasant, understanding and compassionate during the pre procedure process. In this difficult time in healthcare it was so nice to be treated with kindness and not rushed. Kyle, RN, was a fantastic discharge nurse. So friendly and informative.
