I survived my first colonoscopy, and I'm pretty proud of myself. Dr. Watson and his team were total rockstars!! They were so kind and supportive. Special shoutout to Nurse Niki: your chill vibes calmed my nerves, thank you so much🥲 The hospital was clean, organized, and everything was quick. Now, about that prep diet and magic potion... let's just say it wasn't the most fun I've ever had, but the actual colonoscopy? Not as bad as I thought it'd be!
Just had my first endoscopy and colonoscopy and wow! These guys were great. 5 stars all around, thanks guys!
First off many people either took they're mask off or had it under their chin. I was waiting in the waiting room for my husand to get done with his colonoscopy and went to my car because I didn't feel safe. I was put off by the uncaring staff to ask the person's to put they're mask back on the correct way. It is a requirement by law to wear a mask in doors, especially in a hospital. My first experience with this procedure. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, concerned, professional, honest, and kind - this office should be a model for others.
