ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Where do I start? First of all, they are extremely disorganised. Despite having my endoscopy scheduled and confirmed for months, they bombarded me with repeated calls for a whole week, providing NO New information. Then, just the day before the procedure, they suddenly informed me of a change in Location and Time. The day before!! This left me in a bind since I had arranged for someone to pick me up since you cannot leave the facility on your own while having anesthesia… and I couldn't adjust the ... read more
